CHILL 2.0

I don’t know about you but these past two weeks have been a bit intense — nothing I couldn’t handle though.

I experienced a few unwelcome challenges. At times I felt a bit lost, and I thought “out loud” to myself. I felt unsettled.

Was I losing control?…maybe… just a little bit. But, I “made it over that hump”.

In this new week, I will be more deliberate in practicing better self-care — maintain meditation time at the end of each day, and complete writing reflection before the work day. And most of all, practice more gratefulness … with some chill music on the side.
